Department
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably proficient in CANIAS ERP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel skills preferred)
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and disciplined working style
• Strong organisational skills with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• Able to work fast and results-driven, with a strong team spirit
• Good problem-solving ability, capable of developing new ideas and taking responsibility
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Flexible regarding working hours

Job Description
• Configure and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) in line with technical drawings and production specifications, and ensure accurate system entry
• Analyse production processes to define the most efficient routing and operation centres and integrate this data into the ERP system
• Conduct time studies for production operations or determine standard operation times through theoretical calculations and enter them into the system
• Create new stock and material master data based on technical specifications and define them in line with the coding system
• Verify that work orders generated in the ERP system are aligned with defined routes, times, and material consumption data
• Update BOMs and operation times in line with technical change requests from Production and R&D
• Observe workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement actions

Qualifications

Job Description
• Create purchase requisitions for specific orders and track order status
• Take action and inform relevant departments in case of production or sales-related issues
• Ensure coordination between warehouse, purchasing, sales, and production departments
• Create and maintain work orders
• Guide relevant teams regarding sales order revisions
• In case of capacity constraints or stock violations, coordinate sales direction and align purchasing and production accordingly
• Monitor, analyse, and initiate safety stock requirements
To be employed in the Foreign Trade Department of our company operating in the refrigeration sector
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department (preferred)
• English proficiency at C1 Advanced / C2 Proficient level
(An English interview will be conducted for shortlisted candidates)
• Good knowledge of foreign trade and export regulations
• No restrictions for international travel
• Proficient in MS Office and preferably ERP systems
• Team-oriented, dynamic, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• For male candidates, military service completed

• Take all necessary actions during order follow-up and handle documentation accurately
• Manage written and verbal communication with export customers
• Track the entire process from order receipt through to export shipment
